The Mas des Aumèdes is a former farm building typical from Périgord, built in 1867, which hosts two charming cottages in the heart of 14 acres of nature, with grassland and forest crossed by the Aumédes stream.

In addition to this preserved nature, without visible neighbours, you will benefit from a large, secure pool of 12 metres per six in season and a spa with a five-seat tub and a six-seat sauna dedicated all year to your well-being.

In the Mas of Aumèdes we have given priority to your tranquility, everything is included, the foodstuffs, laundry, towels, household and pool use (season) and the whole year for the spa. No supplement. A laundry space with washing machine and dry washing machine is available without charge. Even the barbecue is ready with wood coal at your disposal for free.

Our friends animals are accepted without any extra, under the responsibility of their good masters. Property is not fenced but each cottage has its own private terrace that can be closed.

We will be happy to welcome you in one of our two cottage, designed for the comfort of two people for the first and eight people for the second.

The cottage for 8 people, with exposed stones and rough sawn wood walls, has an exclusive and warm “glam-chic” decoration. On the ground floor you will enjoy a large living room of 70 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, large oven, central island …, a space for lunch or dinner inside, large table for 8 with leather chairs, a lounge area with large screen, leather benches, fireplace with wood available. The two large bay windows overlook your magnificent 55 m2 terrace, with a large table for 8 people, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols …
Large master suite of 40 m2, with large walk-in shower, independent toilet. Access from one level. King size bed 180×200, office space, double dressing room. Upstairs, three suites of 30 m2 each await you. Of course, each suite has its own sanitary facilities with a beautiful walk-in shower and toilet, and its own lounge and office space. Plenty of storage and warm decoration. Each bedroom has a king-size bed of 180×200, hotel quality mattress and mattress topper … Two suites have access to a 20 m2 balcony terrace, facing west, with armchairs and garden tables, from where the early morning visitors can admire deer and deer. The third suite has no balcony and faces south.
